SWJ Strength at Los Campeones is a progressive, power-building strength program designed to help you feel confident, capable, and proud of what your body can do. Through structured 8-week training cycles, you’ll learn foundational compound lifts, proper warm-ups, and safe technique — while steadily increasing your weights with strength and confidence.

Every class leaves you feeling accomplished and supported by a crew that actually cheers you on. No ego. No pressure. Just progress.
