Over 18 weeks, you’ll learn how to fuel your body, adjust macros with confidence, and build habits that actually last. You’ll still receive personal coaching from Jess, but with added encouragement, shared wins, and a community that keeps you consistent.

Jess works with you 1:1 to establish your baseline, set long-term goals, and build a customized strength and macro plan that fits your lifestyle. With weekly check-ins, consistent adjustments, and direct access to coaching, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to eventually continue on your own. You’ll end feeling empowered, educated, and in control.

This is a minimum 5-month commitment because real change takes time, consistency, and support.
